good morning,

flew from tel Aviv to Iceland with Swiss Air, which is a subsidiary of Lufthansa (from whom we ordered the engines). The suitcases for the engines arrived but the engines were taken out of them in Zurich. When we checked in the engines in Israel, we presented the IATA regulations and a form called A70 and approved the flight. Konkshain suddenly decided to take them down without talking to us. Now we are here in Iceland, the engines are there without their luggage.
