להלן רשימה של פקודות Unix כפי שמפורטים בתקן IEEE Std 1003.1-2008, שהוא חלק מתקינת Unix‏ (Single UNIX Specification - SUS). פקודות אלו נמצאות על כל מערכות ה-Unix ועל רוב מערכות דמויות Unix כמו לינוקס.
