English: The 15th Congress of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) was held during 2–19 December 1927 .

First row from right: General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union Joseph Stalin, Chairman of the People's Secretariat and People's Commissar of Justice Ukrainian SSR Mykola Skrypnyk, Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Soviet Union Alexei Rykov.

Second row from right: Head of the Political Directorate of the Red Workers' and Peasants' Army Andrei Bubnov, The Chairman of the Central Control Commission of the Communist Party of Ukrainian SSR Volodymyr Zatonsky.

Third row: Chairman of the Central Control Commission of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union Sergo Ordzhonikidze.
